WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN THE DOTS MOVE?

Burke's Outlet clearance merchandise is marked with colored dots that indicate the % off the ticketed price. Merchandise is dotted at 30%, 50%, 70% and 95% off our original price.  At the end of each month, The DOTS MOVE and many items that were 30% off, become 50% off, many of those at 50% off go to 70% off and so on. So check out the clearance racks and save even more when The DOTS MOVE!

 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?

At Burke's Outlet we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to any Burke's Outlet location.

  • Within 30 days of purchase with receipt = method of payment.

  • After 30 days of purchase with receipt = merchandise certificate.

  • No receipt  with or without  tags on merchandise = merchandise certificate issued at the current value of merchandise..

  • 10 day waiting period for cash back on purchases made with a check.

  • All Sales Final on all clearance 70% to 95% off original price.

DOES BURKE'S OUTLET HAVE A POLICY ON LABOR PRACTICES?

Burke's maintains a "Code of Vendor Conduct," which is designed to ensure that our business partners operate ethically and that our merchandise is produced under appropriate conditions - in the United States and around the world. Burke's will not do business with vendors who refuse to abide by our Code, and we make it clear that compromising the letter or spirit of the Code will result in serious consequences - up to and including the termination of orders and any future business dealings.

DOES BURKE'S OUTLET HAVE ONLINE SHOPPING?

We don't offer online shopping due to the nature of our merchandise buys. We offer exceptionally low prices because our assortments are mainly closeouts.  New assortments come in every week-- therefore we can't guarantee that we will have the particular size or color that you are looking for.

DO YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL SHOPPING DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we offer the FREE Monday Club card to customers who are 50 and older.  This card entitles the user to receive a 15% discount on all purchases every Monday.

The Friday Club card is free to customers aged 49 or younger.  This card entitles the user to receive a 15% discount on all purchases every Friday.
