Shipping & Delivery
Everyday standard shipping charges are just $5 per transaction within the Continental US. An additional $5 shipping charge will be applied to the total order when shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands.
Orders begin processing immediately after credit card processing & authorization.
Please allow the following days for estimated delivery:
- 3 – 5 business days for delivery in Florida
- 5 – 7 business days for delivery within Continental U.S.
- 7 – 10 business days for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands
Burkes Outlet ships items using the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package. UPS is the primary shipping provider. UPS has teamed up with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to make certain deliveries for normal or standard shipping. Under the UPS Smart Delivery Options, UPS will transport the package initially. The package will then be handed over to your local USPS to deliver to you.
Order status information is available online anytime. If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive order update emails from us as your order is processed.
At Burkes Outlet we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to any Burkes Outlet location. See our Return Policy page for more information.
- Within 30 days of purchase with receipt = method of payment.
- After 30 days of purchase with receipt = in store credit.
- No receipt with or without tags on merchandise = merchandise certificate issued at the current value of merchandise.
- 10 day waiting period for cash back on purchases made with a check.
- You may also exchange merchandise for something else in the store.
- Sales are final on all clearance marked down 70% to 95% off original price.
At this time Burkes Outlet does not offer international shipping. We partner with MyUs.com for international shipping.Note: We currently accept credit cards issued only by U.S. based financial institutions with U.S. billing addresses.
In order to keep our prices low & offer the best service to our customers we do not offer express shipping at this time.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Your order status is available online anytime. If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive order update emails from us as your order is processed. It is possible to receive multiple order updates and shipments because we ship from multiple locations.
Delays may be caused due to a problem processing your credit card or credit card verification. If we are unable to process your credit card and you provided a valid email address, we will notify you via email.
If we are unable to verify the credit card information provided then notification is not sent. Please contact our Customer Care Center at 800-683-8655; Monday – Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday 10am-8pm EST for further assistance.
What if part of my order is not available?
After you have placed your order, if for some reason an item is not available to ship, the item will be cancelled from your order. We will attempt to notify you via email that an item has been cancelled from your order. You will not be charged for any item that is not shipped.
